Established in 1989, Grass Roots Organization for the Well-being of Seniors (GROWS) is the premier platform for networking, education, and advocacy among senior service professionals in Montgomery County and the Metro area.. Our passionate community is dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults.

Our volunteer board and committees organize educational events, foster networking opportunities, and monitor legislation and impactful initiatives. We prioritize raising awareness and providing essential education on the unique needs of seniors, their families, and caregivers, while offering crucial resources and support.
